Dancing's alot better but people are scared to break their cars.
Hopping isn't as bad on the car but I prefer dancing.
I love to shake them hoppers off with a little booty shakin' action!

Don't know what all dat's about. I've noticed it also. But when it comes to models I'm a wiz and get the best of both worlds! LOL I also think dancing is better cause you get to show how creative you are and it's all about skill as well as your setup. Hoppers are just your setup and coil springs and weight and your switch timing. Dancing is slightly more complecated than that....

It gets expensive because usually you tear something up or burn some motors but its alot more interesting to watch for sure...

Dancing is a very expensive aspect of the hobby. After about every show most everything has to be replaced, and or rebuilt. Batteries are only really good for about 2 shows then they need to be replaced..
Plus all the work and engineering that goes into those cars. And trust me there are a bunch of things that are done to them. All of which involve lots of money....

Well thats a long story...... see we started working on it round about August, then i had my accident in Dec. which set us back about, then my friends kicked and got the car done enough for Carl Caspers in Feb. So about 6 months total, with about a month or so break.

Damn mike, Im glad more people besides me feel that way too. Thats why I built my truck to dance and not hop. Dont get me wrong both aspects take alot of thought, but to me watching a car hop is boring, watching a car hit side 2 side, front 2 back, and alomost flip or actually flip is alot more fun. There are still a few of us dancers out there, I just hope there are more coming.
