Gimmick in my opinion.
But if utilized properly, with 4 pumps to the front, it may be "somewhat" useful.
But I think it is more of a style, Check what I got kinda thing.

i think they have a manifold on them so one hose hooks up to it

This double barrell cylinder is different to a double acting (up and down) cylinder right ?
