the deal with the street charger is it doesnt actually charge ur battery's it just maintains the charge that is already in them.. if ur battery is only charged to 10 volts then it will stay at 10 volts u need to fully charge ur batterys to what 13.6 aint it? before plugging a street charger into them...and they will then stay full charge for quite some time
