If you want to build one then what you can do is make the notche 3 sided at first. Top, left side and right side. Weld it to the frame about the rearend and then cut the old section of the frame out. Go back and weld in the bottom. That is the easiest way and you don't have to worry about trying to line the rear of the frame back up.
