All Aluminum Or 3 Row Metal Core

Can anyone share toughs on All aluminum radiators. I need one, but I am uncertain about which is better quality. The all aluminum or the Metal Core? Please Help.

I think the aluminum one is more for racing isnt it? I also think the aluminum one is more expensive... Stick with the copper one...thats what I did.

The aluminum radiators cool a lot better than the copper core radiators but if you don't have a high horsepower motor that demands a stronger cooling system then you don't need aluminum radiator. I like the look of a aluminum radiators and electric cooling fan, it just looks cleaner under the hood for any kind of motor.

How would i connect the electric fan to my car? do you just run it to the ignition so its always on when the car is on? Now it has a fan clutch and i really dont know haw that works or what makes it engage.

They sell a kit that provides a probe and it turns on according to the temp the probe is set at.

Your fan is hooked to a temp switch that tells the fan to turn on and off.

You talking to me? Mine doesnt hook to anything but the pulley and i dont have a temp gauge either just a dummy light

BTW: I have the cutty out today. I'll bring it by so you can check out the pinstripe and exhaust

a electric fan it would go to a temp switch that turns it off and on.

I have a 350 motor off 76 vette on my 80 monte. Does it matter if I use the stock radiator? I don't really know much about this old engines. All I know is the guy that I got my monte from told me to shut off the car and let it cool when it reaches certain temps. I told my boy about it but he only imports. I don't mind paying extra dollars to avoid hassles.
