Thanks. How long have they been around? I don't remember the name from back in my highschool days (class of 95) right after I posted I went to ebay to see what I could find. Seems to be reasonably priced.

I am in the market for some amps. I have a couple of old but brand new solo baric chrome basket 10's. That I would like to put under my bench seat in my 01-Z1. Only prob is I goofed and wasn't paying attention when I bought them and one is 4 ohm and the other is 8($150 for both). Correct me if I am wrong but since the impendance is not the same I will need to run them both off seperate amps? Any imput would be great.
AJ

Equipment I have is...
Head JVC SH-77(brand new)
Alpine 6 channel amp(think it has 3 internal
x-overs)
1-Kicker round solo 10 8 ohm(brand new)
1-Kicker round solo 10 4 ohm(brand new)
1-Kicker round comp vr 10 4 ohm(brand new)

Any ideas on how I could make this all work?

action you can run them off the same amp but i would rec taking it back and explaining the deal they they should replace it for free, if you bought it at a store....
Your 6 channel amp is for mids and highs i believe got a model # and i can come up with some config. for you to run your two subs (4)(8)ohms

I'll pull it out from under the bed when I get home from work. All I can tell you right now is it is 6 channel. Has 3 internal x-overs. seems like its some where in the neighborhood of 1-4 45x4 rms and 5-6 are 60. Its old school with the skinny wood grain strip on it with a small green rectangle led.
