Do chrome amps stand up to the heat and has anyone experienced them flaking or peeling???

well chrome doesn't disapate heat very well but i haven't used any chrome amps so i don't really know what the effect is on them.

ive been workin with a autotek chrome amp its never given me trouble...im selling it i just need more important things if your interested.
autotek sx4160. hit me for more info
