Anybody ever try out any CV stroker subs? I know they cost a grip, but do they hit?

If you can afford the woofers, then you better be able to afford the watts to push those bad boys...If im not mistaken, those are the ones with the metal needle for a cone...A guy in town had 4 15's and got 167db at daytona

Nothing pretty about those woofers...appearance wise they arent that nice looking but performance wise, get you some ear plugs!!!

a while back there was a guy here running 8 15's in an explorer. the damn truck would knock the breath out of you they are the most massive sub i've ever seen. but they are power hungry i think it's 1200 watts per sub but i maybe off on that a little.

power them right and there aint much better......i heard an accord wagon with 1 in it and damn, blew away most 4 sub system.... a van in ky has 4, and christ, he cant keep alll the parts on it.. and........... you get the idea....

good woofer. there is a misnomer with them, that they sound like shit. that is not the case, they are in fact pretty effecient. just have to put some nice power to them. i ran a US Amps VLX-400 to two 15s. big ass amp. 1200w min to some 12s or 15s. BIG BOX. you can find them online for around 400 bux or less. youll be fine with one if you wanted.

Yea man there some powerful ass subs ive 2 0f em in the back of my 63 with 2 1200 watt Rfs on them an damn hope you like loseing parts cause they will ratel the shit out of you. The first day i got em i lost the tag of the rear an loseind my side moldinng up there tough. An to coment on some one else comment there ugly alright black with yellow tweed lookin centers with a metal adjustable spike stickin out the middle of the coe for tighter or loser bass
