Smile Power Acoustik

I don't care what any one says about PA being a flea market brand cheap speaker.
I am running two fubr 12's and one A2400DB power acoustik mono amp and i hit so hard people roll up their windows or run red lights when i roll up. my speakers are 1800 watts peak each and are wired in parallel so they get 1400watts RMS @2 ohms. Each speaker is gettin 700 watts RMS. both are in boxes to small one box is 1.2 cubic ft vented and the other is 2.0 cubic feet ported.
Both boxes should be no less than 2.2 cubic feet per sub. I have an SPL 3 farad cap and my lights still dim. but damn do i slap hard with any music i listen too metal , bass rap, hip hop etc. I made a custom amp rack so when the back seat is down you can see it, i am still runnin the stock deck and stock impala 6.5 components.I did change out my 6x9's for MB Quart DKK 169 6x9's.... WOW what a difference. i do have a Power Acoustik 600 watt 4 channel amp waiting in the lieu to replace the stock 200 watt 4 channel one and i have a pair of Infinity Reference 6.5 components waiting to be put in the front doors.
So many people ask me how many 15's or 18's am i runnin that it makes me laugh. i am quite happy with my Power Acoustik set up and just wanted to share it with people.

Run your subs and amps by RMS wattage and not peak wattage and you will be just fine. If the sub calls for 700 watts at 4 ohms in a 1 cubic ft box sealed, then find an amp with a RMS of 700 watts per channel or mono at 4 ohms and use it to power the sub. if the specs are wrong for the boxes the power and sub, you gonna blow subs let and right.
I play my music FULL VOLUME from the time i get in my car to the time i get home. No problems yet.

If you run them in parallel at 1 ohm you can safely run a 1200 watt rms mono amp to them in an 8 cubic foot sealed box and stomp down the block.
Or run them in series and get an amp that pushes 1200 watts at 4 ohms RMS.(cheaper In price this way)or find a monster 2 channel amp that runs 600 watts RMS by two at 2 ohms stable or 8 ohms each. either way if you box is kool then these ways you can not blow your subs.
By the way if you port or vent a speaker and go over the RMS rating you will also blow it up.
