is that all i would need to put bags on my 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham RWD.
is anything else needed.. or is this a "complete" kit?

is this for softail bikes only?
i have a 1996 FLHTCUI
Electra Glide Ultra Classic
does this work on that bike?
