valves are sticking

I'm new to this as well but you may want to try direct power to a valve. ground one side and tap the other to the positive side of your battery terminal. If it opens like it should I would guess you have a bad switchbox. Even with cheap stuff the chances of getting 8 bad products seems ridiculous.

sorry haven't been on in awhile. what is a good switch box to order i have looked around but i am unsure on which would be a better deal.
