limit chains or straps?
Salm or Low do you guys have limiting straps or chains to keep from over extending? i know that they have them on Hydro cars. I run mine open but I was wondering if you have heard of that so you don't pull to much PSI and pull shit apart.

Re: limit chains or straps?
No I havent seen any bagged cars with chains. On my setup I'll overfill the bag and blow it before anything pulls apart. I also think my shocks are topped out before the bag is fully extended.
Might consder using a chain if you put the 13'' lift bags in the rear. But even then you would still want a shock back there. I took the shocks off the rear once just to see and man it was sloppy as hell. didnt even bother to take it around the block because the rear was just doing the wave all by its self. I just got a camera that will take video so i'll try and get some video up of the ride. Last edited by 1lowcut; 05-21-2008 at 08:38 AM. |
