So it really isn't that hard? Thats good because i've only seen 1 lowrider down here so far and he had hydraulics. But witch comes 1st the rims or the bags?

Rims are cheap so you could get them out of the way first. What were you planning on? Bigger chrome or wires? If you want big crome do the bags first so your sure your wheels will tuck. If you do wires I think you will need the standard wheel not the reversed. No deep dish or your shit will stick out (I think).

I want wire rims. Heres another example of one done in france (with rims atleast) mine looks more like this 1 but all grey

By the way do yall have a problem with people taking the center piece of your rims because i know on my dads tahoe someone always takes 1 or 2 off his 24s.

Havent had that problem. If they take the center knock off they will likely take the wheel since its off too.

Would like to see one dropped to see how those wheels will tuck.
