Air is suposed to be really good on the track. make sure you have your shocks on. Air ride technologies would probably have some track info for you.

True but I think it is real good for a road course. And you know first hand that the Air Ride Technology aren’t made for what this guy wants or what we have, you have been down that road.

Yes I do! Hot rod performance and lowride performance are two totaly different things. You could get the two speed valves but to have the ride you need to keep it straight you will have to have your shocks on. You kinda have to go one way or the other.

Wait... am I reading correctly... are you kidding? 13 seconds for the 1/4 mile?... Look homie... I just think you're trying to combine everything that has to do with cars into one... let me tell you that it is virtually impossible to run that car that fast on the track... I'm not trying to burst your bubble man... but, I know my share about cars lil homie... that is one heavy car... everything else that you mentioned is plausable... it can be built... even the tuckin the 24's...

Re: Air Ride Setup 4 a 77 Coupe DeVille

as far as the 13sec 1/4 mile the car came with a 425 big block iam going to put a 500 big block out of a 70 elderado the engine is already buildt it has been bored +.040" has 1 7/8" exhaust manifolds boggieman intake manifold, custom cam with .598/.620 on the lift, converted to EFI with a T88 turbo kit with a front mount intercooler running 12psi the engine was dynoed at 782.4hp at the flywheel so when it comes to performance that is my area of glory that gives my a power/weight ratio close to 5.5-5.6 a dodge viper has a power/weight ratio of 6.2 so im not saying that it will be fast a viper but it will still have some get up and go

There you go lil homie... you've got your shit figured out... your Caddy WILL be fast... but I'd really like to see that car after a few grand spent... but still is a very heavy car... also 24" tires would get shreaded on the track... you'll definatelly need to slap some slicks on and different wheel on the front also... 24's are weight you can shed... for the track you want a stiff a ride as you can get... preferably locked up all the way...

With that much horsepower you’re going to bust something I can see it now. The first time you take it to the track it will be one of three things to go the trany. or the differential or the driveline because you have it lifted and that threw off the pinion angel and there was too much stress on the u-join. Shit Santo is right your wheels are too big and too skinny to get any traction. I have a 350 SBC backed up by a three speed stick in my car and with the car lifted I drop the clutch and I get wheel hop bad.

Yo 77
who cares what’s what customize your ride the way you want make it yours and have fun doing it and rollin it. Hit your switches as you’re doing doughnuts in a cloud of smock.

Re: Air Ride Setup 4 a 77 Coupe DeVille

Thanks I know that I will probally break stuff but thats half the fun isnt it I planed on taking the 24's off at the track and putting some slicks on the 24's are more for show but who makes the superlift bags also what compressor and tank would i use to handle that 550psi everything i found was 300max thanks
