Wiring and plumbing diagrams
DOes anyone out there have any tips on seting up my compressors, valves, tank, and guages. I need to know how to wire them up properly and how to wire up gauges and stuff. If anyone has any help in this area i would greatly appreciate it. thanks guys.

Air fittings:
Make sure you do NOT overtighten the fittings, if they leak, re thread tape and try again. If you overtighten you will damage the thread. Make sure you cut the air line square before inserting it into the fitting. Most push to connects require the tube to come straight out of the fitting or they will leak so position your valves correctly. I suggest fitting all fittings to your tank and looping the tubes and fill with air via the check valve and test for leaks before fitting into the car. Make sure all air line and fittings are clean all the time while fitting. Wiring: 4 gauge wire straight from the battery to the compressor via 80 amp fuse, then earth the negative wire via the solenoid wit 4 gauge wire. The valves dont draw much and speaker wire should work fine for that. |
