3/8 Compressor air line fitting
I have a 90 GMC extended cab dually that had 4 heavy duty firestone bags and i think a 15-20 gallon tank and the line from the compressor and tank broke, so i have a question.
The fitting that screws into the compressor thats adaptable for the 3/8 air line how does the hose get stuck when you stick in it there and where can i get another one? Here is a few pics. HELP THANKS! ![]() ![]() |

usually you just push the line back toward the fitting while pulling back on the release ring(push realease ring toward the fitting) and then with the ring pressed the line should come out. My guess is the line has got hot and welded itself into the fitting thats why you canot remove it. You should always use a braided high temp hose from the compressor to the tank to prevent this happening. |
