My 64 can get up and drop pretty quick, most people think I run Hydro but it's all air. If you need advice I know a few things, not an expert by any means but I know a little bit about what it can take to bag an 64 and have it quick, clean, and nice and function smooth.

All my show cars have had nitrogen hooked up so I dont need the engine running to keep the tanks full. I usually use a low pressure regulator (0-150psi) and I find its fine. The high pressure regs tend to creap up to higher pressure than you wanted then the valves will not open.
Nitrogen doesnt heat up the valves like normal air does and a large bottle used with discression will last a while. Nitrogen cannot blow up nor can it burn which makes it good for air systems. I still run a electric comp or engine driven for daily use. |
