On the spokes, wont you have to pull the tire and have the rim resealed?

rim

Thanks DRlow...you always get right back...as far as the rim getting resealed...I dont know who does that. I asked a tire shop and they looked at me like Im from MARS wanting my spaceship worked on. Someone said "beadsealer", But then again this is the same guy who runs speaker wire outside his car from the battery to the amp. I would like to know what other lowriders do.-----thanx

Maybe try a tube of that CLEAR SILICONE. Spread it nice and thick to cover the area. Just a thought???

leaking?

I've heard people suggest to lock tight the fittings, I disagree. I used to work for a company that did pnematic heating and A/c for commercial buildings and we used teflon paste on the fittings to keep the fittings and lines from leaking, I used it on my car and it works good, just clean up after you set the fittings and it works a helluva lot better than tef tape. It won't harden but it seals tight so you can still loosen your fittings.
