i'm new to air bags and this forum. can anyone help me figure out what system i need for my 1964 impala. i want all the bells and whistles bags can give me. i understand that i can get a compressor to mount to the engine and it would be faster? is this right, is that the best way to go, where can i find them. im doing a body off custom to this car and i wanted to get all the air bag equipt. before i send the frame and things out for sandblasting and powder coating incase i need to weld any brackets on...any help or imput would really be appreciated.

Try thease vatos thear the ones that did my set up about 1 1/2 years ago and I know that they have done a couple of Imps. and they also carry the engine driven comp. That is the best way to go with if it fits your car its a lil more expensive but well worth it, reson being is that you cant hear the comp. whean it come on and your tank fills alot quicker.
They are located in El Paso Tx (my town) but they can help you, with the parts and give you good advice, talk to Alex he will help you tell him that Freddy the owner of the lowlow(buick regal) referd you to them.

I can hook you up with the bag brackets and the York compressor bracket
(as long as its a SBC with a LWP and the alt on the passenger side)

nap, lemme know how all that turns out, im doin tha same as you. post any and all relevant info plez. and bagged, what about tha york compressor bracket for an engine with tha alt on tha drivers side and i've got tha factory option installed aircondition compressor on tha passenger side. am i gonna have to fab a bracket and mount it lower on tha block? thanks
