if he has a lawyer no worries most he will get is some probation maybe piss testing.
the lawyer can make the school zone thing disapear and that would probably knock it down to a misdeamenor to bad there wasnt away u could prve entrapment
and as far as felony... it will always be there..mine was suppose to be expunged at the end of my probation sentance and i was only suppose to have a misdeamenor..here i am convicted felon
just make sure he gets a good lawyer and no real worrie's
