That was the same way of thinking as if you were joining a gang but we were not a gangs we just acted like them. You did not jump from club to club. A lot of OG Car Club and their members still think that way today but you have the new lowrider of today. Today you have guys jumping from one car club to another to another and still to another and having to cover up tacks from the last car club they were in. Car club members around the world stay true to your car clubs and make your club best it can be. Lowriding has changed and in a good direction everybody and I mean everybody it seems like is lowriding and we must all do our part to keep making it better each and everyday. We all have a resposibility to make lowriding better and safer for the kids are our future and we must never forget that lowriding community.</strong><hr></blockquote>
i agree with with you for the most part. i believe if your in a club do everything to make it the best it can be. overtime unfortunately many club face troubles, sometimes from the leadership itself. most of the time the diversity can be overcome if cool heads prevail. in other instances the ones we once considered friends bring out negative aspects of their own personalities that are intolerable and that is when members start to leave. your correct. a not so in depth investigation would show that og clubs use to(some still do) have the "your in for life", but what does that acheive? sometimes a lot of resentment is just built up. from experience it is not worth it. it turns out to be just a facade of unity. the community needs TRUE unity, not just "the smile now talk a lot of mess later" attitude. we have a more diverse lowriding community now one with many independent thought. which is not detrimental to what we are trying to accomplish, just another viewpoint. im a vocal person as in if something is not right ill speak up. if one does join a club they need to surround themselves with people with the same train of thinking, as far as views on lowriding. i ride solo, can it change later, possibly. no matter one should have pride about where they are and what they are doing. our responsibility is not limited to lowriding. if everyone just did what is the correct thing to do. yes one can make the arguement that it is different for everyone. most things are either right or wrong and most of us know how to distinguish between the both. if we all just TELL THE TRUTH, DO WHATS RIGHT all the lowriding community and SOCIETY will benefit.
