I Work at a body shop and i been working on it sence i was born .and i working on my 64 right now and at first it look like surface rust but i started to sand it and i started getting deeper and deeper and before i new it i found out that that car had a lot of bodo that was breaking and was not shapped right but they just painted on top of it . so i would say sand blast the whole car if u want your ride clean. see i short on money right now so what i did i baught this liquid you put on top of the paint its like acid and all you do is scrach it off. it will take along time to take it off and watch out cuz that thang burns like moda f**cka.but i did it to my car because then your car will have big ass waves and look sloopy.
