Wow that is bad. Its only at 48v? Do you have oil in the motors at all. I would honestly gets some saco comps or the cce motor you shouldnt have any problems. Oh yeah when you are playing do you motors get extremely hot and are you hopping at all. When i say hopping i mean getting into it and getting some inches.
