Well actually Dylan when I did my interior I used both hot glue and staples. You can buy the crushed velvet per yard and any fabric shop, you know the ones like little old ladies go to..

You have to make sure it is pulled tight on the seats or look for it to keep falling off. Main thing is to take your time..
