I was thinking of pulling out the rear seat and put the batteries in that spot instead of having it in the trunk. Not sure if it's a good idea but I would like extra space. Plus, I don't see anybody sitting in the rear when I'm lowriding next summer until I get another gbody frame for full wrap. What you all think of that idea? forum has been slow lately and thought i'd give it something to talk about.
I will start posting pics when I start my build so ya'll can help me do it right. It won't start until spring when the weather gets warmer. |
Ive only seen dancers do that. There are couple reasons why daily drivers dont do it. It dangerous if you get in a wreck, batts put off a smell when charging and can exlpode, batts in the truck help your hop if they are in the middle it can hurt your hop a little (leverage), no matter how pretty you make it look it looks like ass in my opinion, but to each his own. You can fit 2 pump wammy a piston pump and 8 batts with 2 12in subs in the back. ive seen it done plently of room just tight fit.
