I use the 3M regular not the Super, Super cost more but does not hold up. Also I use stapples on the back side. Hint for door panels always make sure you line the inside of the door with plastic before you put your panels back on and on the impalas make sure you clean out the drian holes on the bottom of the doors sso if you do get water in the doors it will drian out.
