All this is not as bad as it sounds and can be fix easily but to keep it from happing again I want to reinforce the frame and wrap it like I would do so for hydros. I was running my air setup at high pressure, I had to drop the PSI to keep from damaging the car permanently and after I reinforce that bitch the pressure will sky rocket and I will have one of the sickest air setup that will rival most hydro setup in my town.

So what do I need to do to reinforce the frame and wrap it?
How thick of steel, what points on the frame, and little tricks that you hydro guy do to keep from destroying your rides
Most people use 3/16 steel on the top and sides. Might be overkill for an air set-up but you say your frame might be flexing. Never really messed around with an impala frame just stress points on g-bodies. Are all your body mounts good on the car? The front could just be rewelding and throw a steel plate across that on both sides to make it stronger and distribute the load across a larger area instead of just that one spot so it wont happen again.
