Okay my little Fruity Fairy Friend, it looks like it is possible you will need 2-small bags, 4-valves 1-compressor, 2-switches, low PSI pressure switch, relay, some fittings, 12v car battery and 1-tank (1-3 gallon) but a 3 gallon tank might be too big. You need to think about everything like where is it all going to go, if you are thinking what I think your thinking then you will put everything in the middle of the wagon that will make it top heavy at low pressure so you will need to make like a roll cage or reinforce the wood side walls or something like that, so if it dose roll over the all your air stuff wont get messed up. It will be a tight fit and wont leave you room for a lot of mistakes it will be challenging but if you take your time and plan it out very carefully then you will have a bagged Radio Flyer.

you might think about making a frame with the air stuff and just putting the Radio Flyer tub on the new frame
