in cali u get arrested for being white lk. lifts bags guns tint stereo dvd screens all illegal in cali. and i have all but one between the two of my cars. oh i forgot vanity plates no front plate even if your car does not come with one stock its a ticket. too low to high too bright too dim... get tha picture.
