your first problem was that you went to a shop, they will always say its not "safe" for liability purposes....
2nd, they're 15's...thats WAY TOO BIG, you need 14's with 175-70or75 series tires....the rear might rub a lil but it'll be ok, you could go with 14x6 to solve the rubbing, but its up to you!!!
