But it's more expensive....Bizarre!
My supplier called them up to check the difference and was told this...

"First off, the Hi Jacker and CCE brands are both made by these folks and the only difference is that one has territorial maintained provisions and the other does not (whatever that means !). They both have 10,000 PSI."

Any ideas anyone?
Looks like the competition kit for me...
