IT is illegal to have preorders before Sony permits this action...I have checked into this and the time isnt close homie....

We do not promote or allow promoting of illegal items (unless sarcasticity is involve, which would need to be in offtopic). If you have proper documents for this please reply with a link , because i would love to pre order at this time..
