1976 caprice clamshell station wagon. Ugliest damn things you have ever seen. But I'd build it cause everyone sends them to the demo derby and you never see one at a car show. and if you do it's some old dude showing that he's kept in his garage for 30 years. I'd put air ride and with twenties on it. tint all the windows, and paint it all a super shiny gloss black. just smooth no Chrome. I'd put a huge stereo system in it since it's a huge car I could fit just about anything in it. A nice clean and sharp 350 under the hood. It would be huge and intimidating as hell. People would think it might be a hearse. I had a 73 wagon but it was in real bad shape and I used it in the demo derby. But if I could find a good solid 76 I would build it. If not that I would have a 58 boneville like my dad had when he was young. That has to be one of the hardest cars to find ever. It was the bonneville and was a convertable. It had STOCK air ride syspension and could raise and lower. There never has been a car like that ever. No 55, 56, 57 chev could touch it. I've never seen one in real life or even for sale anywhere. My dad sold it and bought a 61 chev impala convertable which was super nice too. Both cars were brand new off the lot. He sold his 61 and bought his 65 olds 442 that he still has today. But I wish he would have kept his bonneville.
