if you dont have upwards of 20 25 thousand dollas to spend.. then a 60s impala probably isnt a project for you..
getting a decent impala will cost you well over 10-15 thousand.. then you have to go from there...
an airbag kit will cost you 800-1500 depending on what you want.. that doesnt include install or brackets...
