New to Hydro's - Help
I just ordered the Science of Hydrualic Suspension to get the basics down. I have had a 1964 Buick Wildcat for six years and have been dying to get it on three wheels. It has an origanl 401 cu. in. that has been rebuilt, an origanal interior that is mint, and is a paint job and rims away from perfection. I finally got the money and I'm ready to begin. I was wondering if anybody had reccommnedations on the type of set-up (2 or 4 pumps) , how many batteries needed and which brand of pumps/parts are the best. I'm not looking to do seroius hopping, basically some cruising, but wouldn't mind having some overkill just in case. I was wondering if anyone knows a good hydro shop within a couple of hours of Tampa, FL and if anyone had a ball park range of what it will cost for a set-up including installation. Do you have to do frame reinforcemnt and how much does this cost. What about any good paint shops in the area? Thanks for any info you can provide and I look foward to finally bounce! I will post pictures as soon as I can figure out how, I'm not to computer savy.
