I have owned a set of daytons a few yrs back. I didn't have any problems with having to tighten after the initial 1st and 2nd time. Then a few years later I had some cheap knock offs ( will never buy that brand again) and I had problems with one knock off that would not stay tight. I do alot of traveling and I need a set of rims I'm not gonna have to worry about. If I have to I will steer away from wire wheels
