even though you do not want fbss movements, it is still a good idea to use fbss valving to help eliminate weight transfer, especially since you stated your desire to retain your handling to a degree.
I honestly do not think that the bags in the rear will affect your traction. There is a bad ass 62 chevy with a dual turbo'd enging producing approximately 1200 HP, and it has bags on all 4 corners.
With cylinders, you may want to install an accumulator inline, to help with the ride comfort, I've heard cylinders ride especially rough, but cannot confirm this firsthand.
I know space is going to be somewhat of a problem in the Camaro, so I'd go with the air ride technologies "Big Red" valves, if you dont mind paying too much for stuff. theyre really compact.
I dont know of any kits, but if you find some, post them up if you want some feedback as to the componentry, etc..
