whats goin down everybody? ok i just got a 1978 impala 4 door and i wanna look into puttin fast bags on it but im new to the whole lowrider scene since i turn 16 in less than a month and this is my first car, so i was just tryin to find out whats a coo setup and if i would need anything else other than the kit.
