my defin...is when contaminants get in paint (from air and on body and fall in paint ect)....when you spray it comes out in a swirl around the contaminants
when the cont. comes out the gun and hits the car from that point it will swirl outward.........Fish eye remover added to clear and paint will cure this about $25 for a quart most places do not sell anything littler due to products going to comercial sales only....
