yep fibreglass is easily fixed, repair the damaged section by using plenty of resing and matting working on the back of the damaged section, when this has dried and hardend work on the damage that will be left in the front, fill cracks with resin so they're slightly proud and sand flat following the contours of the piece, holes will need a little more attention and either fill with fibreglass shavings (you can rip a matt up for these) or use body filler (get a flexible one ? not a metallic one) then prime and paint as normal
