i ordered my Tires like abour 4 days ago they had quick shipping but heres the deal

They never would send me my quote so i called them they said $195.00 shipped then i get my quote via email for $180 shipped then they get here after i paid 195 and they put a cod on them for 30.00 more dollars what and where the fuck did this hidden 30 come from so i called them up and explained to them i want a fuckin another tire or my money back they tried tellin me that is a exchange charge from delivering to a resident rather then a bussiness or some bullshit......Fuck these guys and their company royally.......So after its all said and done i paid$225.00 for tires that should of been 4180.00 shipped.
